Frequently Asked Questions About Investing
We hold a capital increase 2–3 times a year. During these events, you can both buy and sell shares in the company. If you wish to subscribe for shares in Investering og Feriebolig, you must first download a subscription form. You can do this on this page by going to the menu and selecting ‘INVESTMENT’ > ‘DOWNLOAD SUBSCRIPTION FORM’.
Once the subscription form has been completed, please send it to contact@investeringogferiebolig.dk. After the subscription deadline, we will call for the capital, at which point you will receive an account number and deposit your investment amount into an escrow account with Skov Advokater in Vejle. The attorney will verify that all conditions for the capital increase have been met. The capital increase will then be completed, and you will become a co-owner/shareholder.
You can use three different methods to invest:
- Regular savings
- Pension
- Company funds
Regular savings
Once the subscription form has been signed and the capital increase has been completed, you must transfer the amount you have subscribed for (minimum DKK 110,000) to the law firm Skov Advokater in Vejle. The attorney will verify that all conditions for the capital increase have been met. The capital increase will then be completed, and you will become a co-owner/shareholder.

You can use a maximum of 20% of your pension for the investment, which means you must have approximately 550,000 DKK in your pension account at the bank (annuity pension and lump-sum pension). Standard occupational pensions cannot be used (e.g., Velliv, PFA, and P+). When youinvest your pension, you’ll receive a statement of ownership from us, which you’ll submit to your bank. They will then transfer the amount you’ve subscribed to.

In general
Investering og Feriebolig was founded in November 2020 by CEO Bjarke Wolmar.
The idea for Investering og Feriebolig originated from its sister company , Investering og Studiebolig, which specializes in the acquisition and renovation of properties in Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Odense for use by students—as directed by the company’s shareholders.
"Investment and Vacation Homes" is aimed at anyone who dreams of owning a vacation home. But as many people know, there are also many factors to consider. What is the state of the housing market? Do you need a lawyer? And what about taxes and maintenance?
With Investering og Feriebolig’s unique concept, you can save yourself a lot of hassle. You become a co-owner of 50 vacation homes, with more on the way. Whether you prefer a beach vacation on Spain’s southern coast, skiing in South Tyrol, or a cozy summer cottage getaway in Denmark is entirely up to you. There’s something for everyone.
The majority of the vacation homes the company purchases are based on the shareholders’ wishes—provided they fit within the conceptual framework. We have extensive experience in real estate transactions—both in Denmark and across Europe—and therefore only purchase properties that make financial sense. Naturally, we do so with the shareholders’ financial interests and their expectations of a reasonable return.
