Flight
We recommend that you do not book your flights until we are certain we have enough participants for the trip to go ahead. This is because flight tickets arenon-refundablein the event of cancellation.

Participants will be notified when flight tickets become available for booking. You will be notified about flight bookings no later than 6–8 weeks in advance, when prices are typically at their lowest.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, so if you need to make any changes to your stay, simply add a note to your reservation. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be room at the Hacienda if you arrive a little early or stay a little longer. It depends on whether the Hacienda is fully booked.

Check-in at the accommodation
Check-in is available no earlier than 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Further details about the accommodation will be sent to you as soon as your trip is finally confirmed.

Car Rental
It is up to each traveler to arrange their own transportation. We try to coordinate transportation and car rentals.

However, we'll send you a guide to renting a car once you've booked with us. That way, you can see who we recommend—based, of course, on our own experiences.

Please note that changes may occur due to factors such as the weather and guests' requests.
