Program
We'll visit world-class wineries and castles. In addition, there will be excursions to Alba, Asti, and Barolo, as well as Acqui Terme and, if desired, Turin or other destinations based on your preferences.
Practical
Flight
We recommend that youdo notbook your flights until we are certain we have enough participants for the trip to go ahead. This is because flight tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Participants will be notified when flight tickets become available for booking. You will be notified about flight bookings no later than 6–8 weeks in advance, when prices are typically at their lowest.
We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, so if you need to make any changes to your stay, simply add a note to your reservation. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be space available in the accommodation; if there isn’t, we will find you a suitable alternative at no extra charge.

Car Rental/Transportation
It’s up to each traveler to arrange their own transportation. However, we’ll send you a guide to car rental once you’ve booked with us. That way, you can see who we recommend—based, of course, on our own experiences.
We will also look into whether it is possible to organize some carpooling.
